Welcome to Oregon Field To Fork

April 4, 2025 | by Tamara Chrisler

OUR MISSION

At Oregon Field to Fork, we are dedicated to fostering a thriving and sustainable connection between local food systems and the community.

OUR GOAL

We aim to empower Oregon farmers, ranchers, and producers by:

  • Helping promote their products to boost sales.
  • Creating a dynamic online marketplace/Food Hub.
  • Offering options for local product pickup at central or drop-off locations.

Together, we can establish a robust Oregon-based food hub that connects communities with fresh, high-quality, local products.

THE BENEFITS

  • Strengthen the local economy: Every dollar spent locally circulates 2-4 times in the community.
  • Provide consumers with access to fresh, high-quality products they can trust.
  • Support sustainable and thriving food systems that prioritize community well-being.

By working together, we can empower local producers and give people the opportunity to know exactly where their food comes from.

HOW IT WORKS

We’re building an Online Marketplace/Food Hub of Oregon products.

A food hub connects farmers and producers with consumers, making it easier to source, market, and distribute locally grown food and products. From families to restaurants and schools, we streamline access to the best that Oregon has to offer.
